Terms and conditions for Birthday Party/Group Reservation

· Max size limit is 24 climbers*

· Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance*

· $225 refundable deposit required to book an event*

· Climbers must be 5 years of age and older

· Limited availability and service times

· Includes rental gear for all climbers

· Event will run for two hours*

· All climbers will have access of the facility for duration of the event only

· Includes use of our event room for the duration of the event

· Spectators are welcome and will be limited to 2 per climber

$10 surcharge will be added for each climber added to your maximum number of climbers within two weeks of the event.

50% cancellation fee will be charged if canceled less then 1 week from day of the event.
