Team Building- On Belay

Team building events create an environment that is fun and engaging. It allows employees to network and socialize outside of the usual work routine, learn about one another, problem solve, and effectively communicate while building trust which will produce a more bonded and productive group of employees.
On Belay includes 2 hours of instruction and exercises followed by 1 hour of instructed climbing and tips for technique. Participants will climb routes, work on boulder projects, and get comfortable working together to accomplish goals. Once everyone is feeling a little more at home on the walls, participants will work in teams to complete fun activities that encourage confidence, trust, and respect among their peers.
